Sales Manager - Romford
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an ambitious and driven Sales Manager to join a successful independent estate agency in Romford.
This role would suit an experienced Sales Manager, Assistant Manager, or Senior Valuer looking to progress their career with a fast-paced and growing business.
The Role
- Driving instructions and increasing market share
- Leading, motivating, and developing the sales team
- Winning new business and generating valuations
- Delivering exceptional customer service
- Managing the sales process through to completion
- Building strong relationships within the local market
The Ideal Candidate
- Previous estate agency experience is essential
- Strong valuation and listing ability
- Proven track record in generating business
- Motivated, target-driven, and highly organised
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Full UK driving licence required
Package
Basic Salary: £30,000
OTE: Circa £60,000
Car allowance / mileage support
