SHIFT B: Returns Processor

–SHIFT-B Returns Processor–

-Thursday – Saturday 7:00 AM – 7:30 PM (12-hour shift)-

-Reliable transportation is required-

-Must have proven ability to maintain satisfactory attendance-

-Professional warehouse appearance and a good attitude is required-

The returns processor associate will be responsible for processing items that are returned by customers to determine if they are able to be put back into inventory or if they are damaged. Processors will have to keep up with paperwork and labels from returns for processing and filing. The Returns position is a fast-paced position and requires focus and maintaining a steady pace. Training is provided.

Job Duties:

• Inspecting returned product
• Cleaning items 
• Folding/repackaging items
• Processing return paperwork
• Matching item returned to return invoice
• Maintain a UPH of 13 units per hour.
• Other tasks related to one’s position may be assigned by the supervisor/manager and are required to be performed as part of one’s job, even if not included in the job description.

Requirements:

• Stand 10+ hours
• Basic Computer Skills
• Ability to work with little supervision
• Attention to detail
• Handheld RF Scanner
• Prior experience preferred but not required
• Willingness to cross-train
