Job Description
  • Process payroll accurately and efficiently within set deadlines.
  • Maintain and update payroll records with any changes or adjustments.
  • Ensure compliance with payroll regulations and company policies.
  • Handle payroll queries and resolve any discrepancies promptly.
  • Collaborate with the accounting team to provide payroll data as needed.
  • Prepare and distribute payslips and related documentation.
  • Assist with end-of-period payroll reporting and reconciliations.
  • Support any additional payroll-related tasks as required.
The Successful Applicant

A successful Payroll Admin should have:

  • Experience in payroll processing within a professional setting.
  • Good understanding of payroll regulations and compliance requirements.
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
  • Proficiency in using payroll software and Microsoft Office tools.
