Final compensation and position level will be determined by factors such as job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. This is a full-time position located in Fort Worth, TX. For certain positions, including this one, employees can work one day per week remotely. Relocation assistance may be available based on business needs. Travel is minimal, up to 20%. Daily work is conducted in an indoor office environment. Key responsibilities may include: Supervise a team responsible for the administration of FMLA, MLOA, and other types of leave while ensuring compliance with BNSF policy and Federal Regulations.Development of internal administration processes of leaves to ensure accuracy, efficiency and high levels of customer service.Administer Short-Term and Long-Term Disability programs at BNSF.Work with internal customers, leaders and legal counsel to address FMLA and MLOA questions, concerns, and daily administration.Stay current on evolving federal, state, and local leave legislation, ensuring timely implementation of required policy or process updates to maintain compliance.
