OPTI STAFFING IS HIRING! Sheet Metal Fabrication Location: McMinnville, OR Pay: $20–$30+/hr. DOE Schedule: Monday–Friday | 7:30 AM – 3:30 PM Who We Are Our client is a well-established precision sheet metal manufacturer with over 30 years of experience serving customers across the electronics, telecommunications, communications, computer, lighting, automotive, aerospace, medical, and industrial manufacturing industries. They specialize in complete sheet metal fabrication—from prototype to production—including laser cutting, CNC punching, forming, hardware insertion, welding, assembly, finishing, and fulfillment. What You'll Do We're looking for mechanically inclined individuals with experience in sheet metal fabrication, CNC machining, or general manufacturing. Whether your background is in laser cutting, punch presses, press brakes, machining, or fabrication, we'd love to talk with you! Experience We're Looking For Experience with any of the following equipment is highly desired: CNC Turret Punch Presses CNC Press Brakes CNC Laser Cutting Machines CNC Mills or Lathes Manual Mills or Lathes Turret Punches Brake Presses Fabrication Equipment Welding Equipment Experience with the following equipment is a plus: Amada Turret Punches (EMLK, EM, VIPROS) Amada Press Brakes (HDS, FAB III, HRB, HFB, RG) Amada Lasers (LASMAC, 3015, ENSYS, APELIO) Haeger Hardware Insertion Systems Experience with comparable equipment is also welcomed, including: Trumpf Cincinnati Bystronic Di-Acro If you've operated similar equipment, our client is willing to train you on their specific machinery. What You Need to Have Previous manufacturing or sheet metal fabrication experience. Experience operating CNC or manual production equipment is a plus. Ability to read blueprints and use precision measuring instruments. Experience using hand and power tools. Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Positive attitude and willingness to learn multiple fabrication processes.
