About the Role
<p><strong>FLT Driver</strong></p><p><strong>Location</strong>: Brighouse</p><p><strong>Pay: </strong>£14p/h</p><p><strong>Hours of work:</strong> 8am - 4.30pm Mon - Fri</p><p><strong>Duration</strong>: 12 week Temporary - Permanent</p><p>Stafflex are actively recruiting on behalf of our client, a long-standing and reputable name within the food supply chain, supporting a diverse range of customers for over 30 years. Due to continued growth, they are looking to add an experienced FLT Driver to their busy operation.</p><p><strong>Role and Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Operate Flexi/Bendi/Pivot FLT - 75% of the role.</li><li>Warehouse operations - 25% of the role.<ul><li>Receive goods at the loading/receiving area.</li><li>Store received goods in the appropriate locations within the warehouse.</li><li>Check loads for damaged or missing items upon receipt.</li><li>Move and rearrange stock, either by hand or with appropriate lifting equipment.</li><li>Load goods onto trucks for shipping.</li><li>Manual handling duties.</li><li>Complete necessary paperwork for shipments and orders.</li></ul></li></ul><p><strong>Essential skills needed for the role:</strong></p><ul><li>Flexi / Bendi / Pivot FLT license (valid and in-date, RTITB / ITSSAR)</li><li>Good IT Skills (Excel, Outlook and Word) for data entry and inventory.</li></ul><p>The successful candidate will need to hold a Flexi/Bendi/Pivot FLT licenses. Manual Handling experience is advantageous.
