Overview
The Senior Continuous Improvement Analyst will work for the Continuous Improvement Director, supporting cross-business units in a consultative role, supporting the design and development of the tools and processes necessary for the business to achieve their best in class goals. The individual must be able to work absent direction with single or multiple business customers to design processes and be able to lead and/or mentor less experienced Continuous Improvement analysts in Process Design and documentation. They will be capable of independently leading an effort to effect changes in KPIs for business units.
Qualifications

Education and Experience
Bachelor's degree and 5-10 years of related experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to demonstrate the ability to perform the job.

Responsibilities
The Senior Continuous Improvement Analyst will be able to support and deliver, under minimal direction, the following key functions necessary to deliver Continuous Improvement goals:
Independently understand, design, and document complex processes within an integrated business environment.
Independently define and document KPIs for a business unit, understanding constraints that may exist.
Have a strong understanding of technology tools and their impact on achieving the business customer’s goals, including an ability to design business solutions.
Create high-level business cases in support of proposed customer changes.
Define data analytics options in support of the questions being asked via the KPIs.
Understand the results of data analytics and how they represent the goals of the customer.
Effectively communicate results to a director or senior leadership member.
Identify and recommend operational pivots when the customer’s goals are not being realized.
Lead and direct less experienced analysts across the same set of goals.
