<h2><strong>J</strong>Cleanroom Technician – 2nd Shift</h2><p><strong>Contract‑to‑Hire | Manufacturing</strong></p><h3>About the Role</h3><p>We’re looking for dependable, hands‑on individuals to join a growing manufacturing team as a <strong>Cleanroom Technician on 2nd shift</strong>. In this role, you’ll help assemble large electrical power products inside a <strong>clean, climate‑controlled facility</strong>. This is a <strong>contract‑to‑hire opportunity</strong> with strong potential for long‑term employment, pay growth, and advancement.<p>If you enjoy working with tools, building things, and being part of a steady production environment with plenty of overtime, this could be a great fit.</p><hr /><h3>What You’ll Be Doing</h3><ul><li>Assemble large electrical bins (approximately 30 x 50 feet) used in power product manufacturing</li><li>Run, route, and organize electrical cables inside the bins</li><li>Install mechanical and electrical components following drawings and instructions</li><li>Use hand and power tools such as drills and common shop tools</li><li>Read and follow blueprints, drawings, and assembly instructions</li><li>Measure materials accurately using a tape measure</li><li>Troubleshoot minor assembly issues and ensure quality workmanship</li><li>Work closely with other assemblers and line wirers to meet production goals</li><li>Maintain a clean, organized work area while following safety and cleanroom standards</li><li>Work regular overtime to support high production demand</li></ul><hr /><h3>What We’re Looking For</h3><p><strong>Required:</strong></p><ul><li>Strong mechanical aptitude and interest in hands‑on work</li><li>Ability to read a tape measure and follow instructions</li><li>Comfortable working <strong>50+ hours per week</strong>, including overtime</li><li>Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic</li><li>Experience using hand and/or power tools in any setting (assembly, construction, automotive, etc.)</li></ul><p><strong>Nice to Have (Not Required):</strong></p><ul><li>Construction, carpentry, or structural assembly experience</li><li>Automotive or mechanical repair experience</li><li>Electrical or low‑voltage wiring experience</li><li>Experience reading blueprints or technical drawings</li><li>Interest in long‑term, contract‑to‑hire roles with growth potential</li></ul><hr /><h3>Schedule & Work Environment</h3><ul><li><strong>Shift:</strong> 2nd Shift (typically 2:30 PM – 11:00 PM)</li><li>Regular overtime scheduled before the shift</li><li>Clean, climate‑controlled manufacturing facility</li><li>Approximately 80 employees on the production floor</li><li>Organized, safety‑focused, and professional environment</li><li>Shift differential offered for off‑shift work</li></ul><hr /><h3>Why You’ll Like Working Here</h3><ul><li>Stable company with multiple long‑term projects secured</li><li>Strong job security and consistent work</li><li>Clear path from contract to direct hire</li><li>Opportunities for advancement and early pay increases based on performance</li><li>Plenty of overtime available to boost earnings</li><li>Supportive team environment that values hands‑on skills and internal growth</li></ul><p><strong>Job Type & Location</strong><p>This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Delaware, OH.</p><strong>Pay and Benefits</strong><p>The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $21.00/hr.<p>Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job
