The Role:
Build and nurture lasting relationships with both new and existing customers.
Drive new business through proactive calls, site visits, and responding to web inquiries.
Represent the company at demonstrations, showcasing the latest machinery and generating excitement in potential buyers.
Resolve customer issues quickly and efficiently, always ensuring a win-win for both the customer and the company.
Manage sales of used equipment, with field assessments and reports at both customer sites and depots.
Prepare quotations, calculate costs and ensure all deals are profitable and beneficial.
What We’re Looking For:
Agriculture experience is key, but sales experience is a bonus, a strong eagerness to learn will be highly valued.
A proactive and customer-first attitude with a passion for delivering results.
Confident when conducting demonstrations and building relationships with clients.
Excellent communication and IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office.
