Vice President, Transaction Advisory Services

We’re looking for a Vice President to join our Financial Due Diligence team in Frankfurt. DAY TO DAY RESPONSIBILITIES: Support the team by leading on Due Diligence engagements. Undertake highly technical advisory projects under partner supervision Be responsible for coaching, mentoring and counselling junior staff Advise clients on pre and post-acquisition transaction issues Identify new business opportunities and develop long-term business relationships Managing and contributing to further develop services for clients ESSENTIAL TRAITS: Proven experience in accounting or finance-related roles Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline; MBA preferred Expertise in Financial Due Diligence for private equity and strategic buyers CPA certification strongly preferred Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Excellent interpersonal and client relationship management skills Effective written and verbal communication skills Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel Flexibility to travel as required Fluency in German is required Ability to communicate effectively across diverse communities Experience working collaboratively within diverse teams
