The Role

As a Student Support Assistant, you will:

  • Provide 1:1 and small group support to students across KS3 and KS4
  • Support students with a range of needs, including SEND and SEMH
  • Help students stay focused, engaged, and ready to learn
  • Provide pastoral support and act as a consistent, trusted adult
  • Work alongside teachers and pastoral staff to support student progress
  • Help manage behaviour in a calm and supportive way

You’ll be a key figure in helping students feel settled, supported, and able to succeed.
