The Director of Operations drives the strategic and operational performance of a storied multi-studio architecture firm, overseeing resource planning, process improvement, financial oversight, and cross-functional team alignment. With ten or more years of AEC leadership experience, you’ll partner with principals and studio directors to optimize how the firm delivers exceptional design work efficiently and profitably. This is a high-impact leadership role for a systems-minded operator who understands and respects the creative process.

• 10+ years of operational leadership experience in AEC or professional services Deep understanding of architectural project delivery and studio operations Proven track record improving operational processes, resource planning, and profitability Strong financial acumen and experience managing firm-wide budgets and P&L Exceptional cross-functional leadership and communication skills

• Architecture or engineering degree a significant plus Experience with Deltek, BQE Core, or similar AEC ERP platforms
