About the Role
Johnson Service Group an award-winning staffing company, is seeking an experienced VMI Representative who will provide support to our customers and serve as a communication link between our customers and internal staff. This person will work with company internal departments to conclude final quality analysis. This is a Temp job in the Chatworth, CA area.
Salary: $28.00 HR
Daily review of all open orders, weekly supply chain analysis, monthly metrics reporting and annual customer forecast
Ensure that sufficient inventory is available to the assigned customer and all contractual agreements are fulfilled
Perform quality work within deadlines with or without direct supervision.
Interact professionally with other employees, customers, and suppliers.
Work effectively as a team contributor on all assignments.
Work independently while understanding the necessity for communicating and coordinating work efforts with other employees and organizations.
Follow company safety policies and procedures.
Create data uploads via Excel for execution by Master Data.
Perform additional duties as requested
Skills and Qualification Requirements:
Excellent customer service skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to effectively communicate with people at all levels and from various backgrounds.
Proficient in Microsoft Office programs, particularly Excel.
SAP system knowledge (highly preferred)

Strong organizational skills; able to manage priorities and workflow.
Ability to work independently and as a member of various teams and committees.
Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions

Experience:
2 years prior experience in Customer Service preferred
Extensive experience with implementation of corrective action programs
Years of aerospace fastener experience: 0-3 years
Education Requirements: High School Diploma or equivalent
