DHBW studies

Baden-Wuerttemberg Cooperative State University (in German Duale Hochschule Baden-Württemberg, abbreviated DHBW) combines on-the-job training and academic studies. INIT supports this dual study scheme and volunteers as industry partner. Because we think, it is a great educational combination and creates ideal preconditions for a young scholar’s future career.

INIT offers various training programs for young scholars in collaboration with the Chamber of Industry and Commerce (IHK). Apprentices play an important part in our company and contribute to our success. To us, it is a pleasure to work with motivated young people and accompany them on their first career steps. Experienced colleagues provide them with vocational knowledge and practical skills – supporting them in their own subtasks from day one. By the way, INIT was awarded for its excellent performance as a training company by the Baden-Württemberg Chamber of Industry and Commerce in 2021 for the sixth time.
