We’re hiring a reliable Box Clamp Operator for 2nd shift. This role is responsible for safely operating clamp equipment to move, load, and stage freight while maintaining accuracy and productivity in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate box clamp forklift to load/unload trailers and move product
- Perform accurate staging, scanning, and inventory handling
- Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean work area
- Support production goals and meet daily performance expectations
- Work mandatory overtime during peak season (daily/weekly)
Requirements
- At least 1 year of recent clamp experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a warehouse environment
- Strong attendance, reliability, and teamwork
- Willingness to work required overtime
Schedule & Pay
- 2nd Shift | Start: 4:00 PM
- Pay: $22/hr
- Overtime required during peak season
