Can I work remotely or hybrid?

Do you offer B2B and UoP contracts?

What does onboarding look like?

The first few weeks include an onboarding plan, mentoring, and a gradual transition. We learn about the team's workflow, documentation, and tools like enova365 and Odoo. This ensures that onboarding in accounting and HR is focused, relaxed, and tailored to your experience. You can learn more about our approach on our How We Work page .

Do I need experience in enova365 or Odoo?

Knowledge of enova365 (an accounting system) and Odoo (a task management system) is a plus, but is not required for every position. We provide training, training materials, and video tutorials.

How long does the recruitment process take?

We don't have a set timeframe—each recruitment depends on the position, the number of candidates, and the team's availability. However, we strive to provide prompt feedback at every stage.
