<p><strong>The Role</strong></p>
<p>We’re hiring multiple TechOps Engineers to support a growing business and keep internal technology running smoothly.</p>
<p>This is a hands-on role focused on IT support, user onboarding/offboarding, access management, endpoint support, and office technology. You’ll be working in a fast-paced environment, handling a high volume of tickets while delivering excellent internal support.</p>

<p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Manage day-to-day IT support tickets across hardware, software, and access issues</li>
<li>Handle joiners, movers, and leavers processes</li>
<li>Support Google Workspace and Microsoft 365 environments</li>
<li>Manage devices using MDM tools such as JumpCloud, Jamf, Intune, Okta, etc.</li>
<li>Troubleshoot 2nd / 3rd line support issues</li>
<li>Provide office-based support including AV and hardware setup</li>
<li>Maintain strong service levels and documentation</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Requirements</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Experience in IT Support / TechOps / Infrastructure Support roles</li>
<li>Strong Google Workspace and/or Microsoft 365 admin experience</li>
<li>Hands-on experience with MDM tools</li>
<li>Proven background in high-volume support environments</li>
<li>Strong troubleshooting and communication skills</li>
<li>Experience in medium-to-large businesses preferred</li>
