Packaging Associate
Location: Hamlet, IN
Shift: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM Swing Shift 2-2-3 (12-hour shifts, Central Time)
Pay: $14/hr

Required Skills:
- Ability to stack and organize onto pallets accurately according to order quantities
- Inspection skills to identify defects and ensure product quality
- Proficiency in wrapping and labeling products for shipment
- Strong attention to detail and efficiency
- Physical stamina to perform repetitive lifting (up to 50 lbs), bending, and standing for extended periods
- Commitment to following safety and sanitation guidelines, including food-grade standards
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills
