See how we do it 3 Empowering employees To nurture an inclusive environment where employees are empowered to share their experiences and ideas, we’ve encouraged the creation of employee-run Employee Network Groups (ENGs). These highly-active groups are open to all employees to develop new skills, network with one another, and grow professionally. ​ We believe in empowering people of all skills and talents to reach their full potential through education, mentoring, hands-on training, skill development, and providing ample opportunities for growth. Increasing accessibility We value all talent and recognize that an environment accessible to everyone creates space for the best ideas. In 2021, BC partnered with Disability:IN to advocate for the inclusion of people with disabilities within our workplace. BC is leveraging Disability:IN’s tools, resources, and guidance to set measurable actions to achieve disability inclusion and equality; being a part of the positive change towards more accessible workplaces everywhere.
