Job Description

• Prepare and consolidate financial forecasts, budgets, and long-term plans.
• Analyse financial data to provide insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
• Support month-end and year-end financial reporting processes.
• Develop and maintain financial models to support business decisions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on financial objectives.
• Monitor key performance indicators and assess financial risks and opportunities.
• Assist in preparing presentations for senior management and board meetings.
• Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards and policies.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Group FP&A interim should have:

• Strong knowledge of financial planning and analysis within the Consumer Goods industry (ideally)
• A professional qualification in accounting or finance.
• Proficiency in financial modelling and forecasting techniques.
• Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Experience in preparing management reports and presentations.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills to liaise effectively with stakeholders.
