Extrusion Operator

Express Employment Professionals is seeking an Extrusion Operator to join a local company in Tyler, TX! We are a full-service Staffing Firm where we work with companies in East Texas who have openings they are looking to fill with great talent we find for them!

Key Responsibilities

• Feed and monitor raw materials into extrusion machines
  
  

• Operate and adjust extrusion equipment to meet production specifications
  
  

• Perform quality checks and accurately record production data
  
  

• Load and unload mandrels
  
  

• Handle packaging of finished products and manage production waste
  
  

• Maintain clean work areas and perform general labor tasks as assigned
  
  

• Monitor equipment performance and report any issues promptly
  
  

 

 

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of extrusion machine experience required
  
  

• High School Diploma or GED
  
  

• Hardworking, dependable, and team-oriented
  
  

• Strong attention to detail and quality control
  
  

• Ability to follow safety procedures and production guidelines
  
  

 

 

Physical Requirements

• Standing: Continuous
  
  

• Walking: Frequent
  
  

• Climbing: Occasional (stairs, up to 50 ft)
  
  

• Bending/Twisting/Kneeling: Occasional or rare
  
  

• Lifting: Frequently up to 50 lbs.; occasionally 50–100+ lbs.
