We ask you to engage honestly and use AI responsibly throughout the hiring process. Our three basic guidelines are:
Be yourself. Share your skills and experience honestly in your application, interviews, and assessments.
Use AI responsibly. You’re welcome to use AI to prepare for your interviews, but you can't use AI to generate answers during interviews or complete assessments on your behalf.
Cameras on. For virtual interviews, candidates are expected to keep their camera on to support a secure interview experience and meaningful connection.
