<h2>Key Responsibilities</h2>
<p>As a <strong>Talent Acquisition Specialist</strong>, you will:</p>
<ul data-spread="false">
<li>Manage the full recruitment lifecycle across multiple EMEA countries.</li>
<li>Source, screen, interview and shortlist high-quality candidates.</li>
<li>Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring requirements and recruitment strategies.</li>
<li>Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future vacancies.</li>
<li>Conduct competency-based telephone and virtual interviews.</li>
<li>Coordinate interviews and manage candidate communications throughout the recruitment process.</li>
<li>Ensure an outstanding candidate experience from application through onboarding.</li>
<li>Utilise Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to manage recruitment activity and candidate records.</li>
<li>Produce offer letters and support candidates through the pre-employment process.</li>
<li>Monitor recruitment performance and provide accurate reporting.</li>
<li>Support employer branding and candidate attraction initiatives across digital platforms.</li>
<li>Build relationships with industry professionals, universities and recruitment networks across Europe.</li>
<li>Contribute to cross-border recruitment projects across Germany, France, Spain, Poland and other EMEA markets.</li>
<li>Collaborate with internal recruitment teams to share market intelligence and sourcing strategies.</li>
</ul>
<h2>Skills & Experience</h2>
<p>To be successful in this role, you should have:</p>
<ul data-spread="false">
<li><strong>Fluent German language skills (essential).</strong></li>
<li>Minimum 2 years' experience in <strong>Talent Acquisition</strong>, <strong>Recruitment</strong>, or <strong>Full Cycle Recruiting</strong>.</li>
<li>Experience recruiting across European or international markets, recruitment within professional services or corporate environments</li>
<li>Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards and other recruitment channels.</li>
<li>Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).</li>
<li>Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.</li>
<li>Strong organisational and time management abilities.</li>
<li>Ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously.</li>
<li>Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.</li>
<li>Proficiency with Microsoft Office and recruitment technologies.</li>
<li>A collaborative, customer-focused approach.</li>
