About the Role

We are working with a growing and ambitious organisation located in Stockton-on-Tees who are seeking a highly organised, proactive, and trusted Office & Business Support Manager to play a key role in keeping the business running smoothly.

 

This is a broad, hands-on position combining office management, executive support, project coordination, and compliance administration. It’s ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys being at the centre of business operations.

 

The Role:

You will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the office while supporting senior leadership and coordinating a wide range of operational and strategic activities across the business.

 

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing daily office operations and ensuring the smooth running of the business

  • Providing high-quality support to senior leadership

  • Coordinating meetings, actions, reporting deadlines, and cross-team follow-ups

  • Preparing reports, updates, and materials for leadership discussions

  • Supporting marketing coordination activities

  • Improving administrative systems, processes, and documentation

  • Supporting HR administration in partnership with external providers

  • Liaising with suppliers and supporting wider business operations

  • Assisting with ad hoc projects and cross-functional initiatives

 

Skills & Experience:

  • Previous experience in office management, business support, operations, or executive support roles

  • Strong administrative, organisational, and coordination skills

  • Experience supporting senior stakeholders or leadership teams

  • Ability to manage deadlines and multiple workstreams effectively

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Exposure to compliance, HR processes, or governance frameworks is advantageous
