About the Role

<p>We’re offering a rare opportunity for an experienced <strong>clinical leader</strong> to step into a <strong>Senior Clinical Director</strong> role with broad responsibility across multiple sites.</p>
<p>This is a key leadership position with clinical autonomy, where you'll shape strategy, drive clinical standards, and support a committed veterinary team delivering outstanding patient care.</p>

<h3><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></h3>

<p>Oversee clinical provision across multiple sites</p>
</li>

<p>Set and implement clinical strategy and standards</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Lead and develop senior vets and clinical teams</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Maintain your own clinical caseload</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Work closely with business leaders on practice development</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Support clinical governance and service quality</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Manage out-of-hours provision (no night work required)</p>
</li>
