<p>Repairs Supervisor needed in Enfield</p> <p>This is a temporary contract initially paying £23.88ph PAYE</p> <p>The reference number is:                   RQ1724010</p> <p>He successful candidate will be an experienced Damp &amp; Mould Repairs Supervisor to oversee the effective delivery of remediation works across our social housing portfolio. This role is responsible for managing operatives and subcontractors, ensuring works are completed to a high standard, and that residents receive a safe, compliant, and customer-focused service.</p> <p>They will supervise and coordinate damp and mould inspection, diagnosis, and remediation works and will manage a team of operatives and specialist subcontractors across multiple sites.
