About the role:

justteachers is looking to appoint a dedicated and enthusiastic Primary Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming primary school in Leamington Spa  starting this September 2026 in KS1

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about supporting children’s learning and development within a nurturing school environment. You will be working closely with class teachers to provide tailored support, encourage pupil engagement, and help create a positive classroom atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supporting the class teacher in delivering engaging lessons.
• Working with individuals or small groups to reinforce learning.
• Assisting with classroom organisation and behaviour management.
• Encouraging pupils’ personal and academic development.
• Supporting children with additional needs where required.
• Half form entry school
• Rated GOOD by Ofsted
• Located at the heart of the community
• High expectations of students at all times with friendly and welcoming staff

Pre-requisites:

• Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant or working with children (desirable).
• A caring, patient, and positive approach.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
