Rhino Medical is leading the charge seeking licensed Registered Nurses for a part-time, onsite industrial occupational health role in Muscatine, Iowa. This position offers a weekly schedule focused on workplace injury prevention, employee wellness, and early intervention within a manufacturing or industrial environment.

Coverage: August 12-27, with shifts on Wednesday or Thursday from 10 am to 8 pm
Schedule Details
- Shifts: August 12-27, Wednesday or Thursday, 10 am - 8 pm
Clinical Scope
- Conduct ergonomic assessments and implement corrective strategies to reduce workplace injuries
- Provide first aid and triage for musculoskeletal and non-musculoskeletal complaints
- Educate employees on injury prevention, wellness, and healthy lifestyle practices
- Collaborate with safety managers and HR teams to improve workforce wellbeing
- Document assessments and generate data reports for actionable insights
- Support early intervention and return-to-work plans for injured employees
- Blend athletic training expertise with preventive care to promote workplace health and safety
Requirements
- Valid Iowa RN license
- BLS certification
- Experience in occupational medicine or industrial health highly preferred
- Familiarity with OSHA recordability and workers’ compensation procedures preferred
- CEAS or OSHA10 certification preferred
Preferred Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in industrial, occupational health, or sports medicine settings
