Eclectic Recruitment is proud to be working with a highly regarded law firm based near Canary Wharf who are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Conveyancing Paralegal / Fee Earner to join their expanding Residential Property team.

The Role:

As a Conveyancing Paralegal / Fee Earner, you will manage or assist with a varied caseload of residential property transactions from instruction through to post-completion. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to progress their legal career within a collaborative, modern, and fast-paced environment offering hybrid working flexibility.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assisting with or managing residential conveyancing transactions from instruction to completion
• Drafting legal documents and correspondence
• Conducting searches and handling Land Registry applications
• Liaising with clients, solicitors, estate agents, and mortgage lenders
• Maintaining accurate case files and updating case management systems
• Supporting senior fee earners and working to tight deadlines
• Providing excellent client care throughout the conveyancing process

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a conveyancing or residential property role
• Strong understanding of the conveyancing process
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
• Confident communicator with a professional and proactive approach
• Ability to manage a busy workload with minimal supervision
• Experience using case management systems

Desirable:

• Law degree, LPC, or equivalent qualification
• Experience handling files from instruction through to completion
• Previous experience working as a fee earner or managing your own caseload
