Bulk Terminal Operator<p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p><b>Pay: </b>$21.50 per hour<br /> </p><p><b>Shift & Working Hours:</b> Day Shift; 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM; Weekends/Overtime/Holidays as needed. During peak season, work may need to be performed during non-standard hours, including nights and weekends. At times, the ability to work overtime also may be required. </p><p><br />In this role, you will be a key member of our Land O’Lakes, Inc. manufacturing team, who performs work associated with product handling of a variety of chemicals, by way of tank transfers, tank truck loading and unloading, and other activities.<span> </span>You will operate within an assigned industrial area.</p><p><br />This role is part of our Greenbelt Transport, LLC business, who oversees storage and delivery of our crop protection, adjuvant, and plant nutrition products to our member-owners and other partners. Join our team to become part of a member-owned co-op that is Rooted In Tomorrow.</p><p><br /><b>Key Responsibilities:</b></p><ul><li>Complies with all safety processes and insists on safety practices of self and others</li><li>Shows up on time, completes tasks by deadlines, and adapts to changes quickly</li><li>Able to multi-task and keep up with production demands in a fast-paced environment</li><li>Ensures all quality standards and standard operating procedures are followed during production process</li><li>Maintains cleanliness and organization of work area</li><li>Collaborates and follows the instructions of Leads and Management to accomplish daily work assignments</li></ul><p><br /><b>Required Experience and Skills:</b></p><ul><li>Must be 18 years or older</li><li>1 year or more of work experience in any industry</li><li>Basic computer and math skills</li><li>Able to read, write, comprehend, follow verbal and written instructions in English</li><li>Willingness to learn new skills, problem-solve and troubleshoot</li><li>Strong collaboration, communication skills, and is always respectful</li><li>Candidates selected for this position must pass a Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) check prior to hire</li></ul><p><br /><b>Preferred Experience:</b></p><ul><li>Chemical Handler’s License (or ability to attain).</li></ul><p><br /><b>Physical Requirements:</b></p><ul><li>Able to lift/carry up to 60 pounds</li><li>Frequent movement including walking, standing, bending/stooping, turning, twisting, pushing, pulling, raising arms, lifting, climbing and other active movements</li><li>Performing duties while wearing personal protective equipment</li><li>Working in temperature zones that include cold and/or hot environments for extended periods and may include areas where dust and chemicals are present</li></ul><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p><b>About Land O'Lakes, Inc.</b></p><p></p><p>Join us and be part of a Fortune 250, farmer- and member-owned cooperative that is reimagining the business of food.
