CDL Truck Driver<p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p><b>Job Description:</b></p><p></p><p>As a Driver, you will be a valued team member who operates small-to large-sized trucks with trailers for transportation of materials, merchandise, equipment, and personnel. You will operate within an assigned industrial area. Valid truck operator’s permit required</p><p></p><p><b>Location city, state: </b>Howard Lake, MN</p><p></p><p><b>Hours:</b>40+/week, Monday through Friday. Set your own hours. Weekends and holidays as needed.</p><p><b>Wage:</b>$26 to $28/hour</p><p></p><p><i>Land O’Lakes, Inc offers a competitive salary and bonus potential. The company also provides a comprehensive benefits package as well as other company sponsored benefits.</i></p><p></p><p><b>Required Qualifications & Experiences:</b></p><ul><li>18 years or older</li><li>6+ months of commercial driving experience</li><li>Current driver’s license</li><li>Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) with Manual Transmission endorsement</li><li>Ability to read, write, comprehend, follow verbal and written instructions, and possess basic mathematical skills</li><li>Ability to communicate and work effectively with team members</li></ul><p></p><p><b>Preferred Qualifications & Experiences:</b></p><ul><li>High School Diploma or GED</li><li>1+ years of commercial driving experience</li><li>Experience working in a warehouse environment (e.g., product storage, product staging, forklifts, etc.)</li><li>Driving a forklift (e.g., performing basic operations such as driving forwards, driving backwards, lifting and lowering boom, maneuvering in tight areas without damaging product, etc.)</li><li>Working with racking systems and loading/unloading pallets (e.g., pulling and placing pallets on/off vertical product racking systems and trucks, maximizing storage by stacking products vertically, etc.)</li><li>Self-reliant and able to accurately work under limited supervision</li><li>Ensures a safe working environment while performing assigned tasks</li><li>Customer focused and able to work in a collaborative team</li><li>Ability to be flexible in work performed and schedule</li></ul><p></p><p><b>Physical Requirements for production positions regularly include:</b></p><ul><li>Frequent movement including walking, standing, bending/stooping, turning, twisting, pushing, pulling, raising arms, lifting, climbing and other active movements</li><li>Performing duties while wearing personal protective equipment</li><li>Working across temperature zones that may include cold and/or hot environments for extended periods and may include work in environments where dust is present</li><li>Shift schedules that include days, nights, and weekends, some holidays and periodic overtime</li></ul><p></p><p></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p><b>About Land O'Lakes, Inc.</b></p><p></p><p>Join us and be part of a Fortune 250, farmer- and member-owned cooperative that is reimagining the business of food.
