About the Role
We are partnering with a well-established, globally recognised organisation to recruit a talented and driven Financial Manager to join their Shared Services function. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in a high-performing finance team, supporting critical financial operations within a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the general ledger, ensuring accuracy, integrity, and timeliness of financial data in line with agreed service levels
- Lead month-end and year-end close processes, including reconciliations, journal postings, and financial reporting
- Maintain compliance with relevant accounting standards and internal controls
- Partner with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and ensure efficient financial operations, including intercompany activities
- Support continuous improvement initiatives across finance processes and systems
About You
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline
- Minimum 5 years' experience in a finance operations role, ideally within a shared services environment
- Strong knowledge of core accounting principles and financial processes
- Experience working with ERP systems and advanced Microsoft Excel skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Highly organised, detail-focused, and able to meet tight deadlines in a dynamic environment
