Pay: $24.00 - $26.00 per hour Schedule: Full-Time, First Shift Location: Springfield, IL

We are seeking a skilled and Experienced TIG Welder to join our manufacturing team. This position is located within a fast-paced factory environment equipped with CNC machines. Please note: While you will be working in proximity to CNC equipment, this role is strictly focused on high-quality welding and does not involve machine operation.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform high-precision TIG welding on various metals (aluminum, stainless, etc.) according to blueprints and technical drawings.

• Maintain a clean and safe workspace within a high-activity factory setting.

• Inspect welds for accuracy and quality to ensure they meet industry standards.

• Collaborate with the production team to ensure timely completion of projects.

Qualifications

• Proven Experience: Must have significant professional experience specifically in TIG welding.

• Technical Skills: Ability to read and interpret blueprints and weld symbols.

• Environment: Comfortable working in a loud, active manufacturing plant near CNC machinery.

• Precision: Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing clean, structural, and aesthetic welds.
