About the Role

Job Purpose   The role encompasses the daily, weekly and monthly sales reporting and is responsible for rebate management, master data management - hierarchies and maintenance, and pricing. An essential part of the role is to ensure the link between the MSU and other functional areas (Manufacturing, Warehousing, Logistics and Finance) in addressing and reconciling queries, margin analysis to ensure that budgeted/targeted margins are achieved, supporting the launch of new products by providing the necessary sales and volume data to business cases, systems project testing and health checks, and provide any ad hoc support on request. •    Analyze Pricing and Reporting  •    Analyze Control, and Maintain Customer Master Data  •    Control and Maintain Validation of pricing credit and debits •    Ensure sales administrative tasks are correct and complete in accordance with country requirements, corporate policies and industry practices. Key Accountabilities   1.    Analyze and monitor Pricing control  Record and confirm pricing with Sales Manager Create & Ensure prices are updated correctly on Navision/SAP. Check authorization, customer type and pricing format. Check percentages as per customer discount mapping against individual and channel Provide analysis during price increase discussions and subsequent validation and upload into Navision/SAP Build volumes and pricing models during budgeting process Input and validate pricing models into Navision/SAP and ensure that prices are correctly loaded Provide support to CSU and Concept Stores on pricing queries across finished goods, tinted products and bases Prepare and follow up on sales quotations and customer orders. Provide support in client meetings, site visits, and product demonstrations. Handle inbound calls, emails, and walk-in customer requests professionally and promptly. Provide pricing reports to Sales Manager and General Manager Create Control & Ensure Marketing promotions are checked & uploaded. Update the pricing template with new customers daily Order and Inventory Management 2.    Coordinate with the warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely order delivery. 3.    Monitor stock levels and alert the team of low inventory or delays. 4.    Track and report on customer orders and deliveries, ensuring proper documentation and invoicing. 5.    Maintain and manage credit analysis report  Run monthly credit report  Analyze pricing and stock returns by sales rep and forward to Sales Manager 6.    Analyze Capture and maintain customer master data. Create and check information received from Sales Manager and Credit control  Enter all relevant information, (name, terms, discount, credit controller, rep, delivery/postal address, market segment and region).  Assist in preparing sales reports, market intelligence, and competitor analysis. Support the preparation of presentations, proposals, and marketing materials, samples for new projects Assist in organizing product launches, trade shows, and promotional events. Coordinate with marketing teams on promotional campaigns and point-of-sale materials. Gather customer feedback to improve service and product offerings 7.    Prepare Proforma and follow up on all export orders. Follow up with logistic and factory and customs on export orders  Invoicing of export orders and follow up on transfer payment 8.    Back up of concept stores/ Replacement of concept store Supervisors when required  Assist on concept store inventories Assist customer service agent on invoicing   9.    Provide support to departments. Compliance to ISO 9001/14001 quality/ environmental management systems & corporate Occupational Health & Safety (OHS) management system Experience   HSC (Higher School Certificate) or equivalent; a diploma in sales, marketing, or business administration is an advantage. A minimum of 5 years experience in sales or customer service, preferably in the construction, hardware, or paint industry. Basic technical knowledge of paints and coatings is desirable. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic CRM software. Excellent verbal and written communication in English and French; knowledge of Creole is an asset. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks. Experience in SAP/Navision Good knowledge and experience with MS office with advanced Excel skills.
