Lead Program Manager, Technology (Remote – U.S.)
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Lead Program Manager to drive complex, cross-functional technology programs that power business growth, operational excellence, and customer experience improvements. This role owns end-to-end program delivery across software, network technologies (DOCSIS, Wi-Fi, 5G), and technology-enabled operations—aligning strategy, investment, and execution at a portfolio level.
What You’ll Do
- Lead large, multi-initiative technology programs from planning through delivery and stabilization
- Translate business strategy into integrated roadmaps and execution plans
- Oversee Agile delivery across multiple teams (Scrum/SAFe/hybrid)
- Manage program financials, including budgets, forecasts, and ROI tracking
- Drive prioritization decisions, sequencing, and tradeoffs to maximize value
- Partner with Engineering, Product, Architecture, Finance, and Operations
- Communicate program status, risks, and outcomes to executive stakeholders
- Mentor program and project team members while promoting Agile best practices
What You Bring
- 8+ years in technology delivery or program management; 3+ years leading large programs
- Strong experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, SAFe)
- Background in software delivery and/or network technologies (DOCSIS, Wi-Fi, 5G, cloud, APIs)
- Proven financial and investment management experience at the program level
- Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills
- Telecommunications or broadband experience preferred
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or Master’s preferred
