<p data-path-to-node="1"><strong data-path-to-node="1" data-index-in-node="0">Centria Healthcare</strong> is looking for dedicated Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) and Registered Nurses (RNs) to join a stellar care team in Michigan. <p data-path-to-node="3">We are seeking a nurse for a <strong data-path-to-node="3" data-index-in-node="29">69-year-old female client</strong> who is a quadriplegic with a trach. She is described by everyone who meets her as "super sweet." Her home is a warm, clean, and joyful environment filled with her favorite thing: <strong data-path-to-node="3" data-index-in-node="234">elephants!</strong></p>
<p data-path-to-node="4">When she isn't enjoying her elephant collection, she loves listening to gospel music, staying active with her church community, and binge-watching action and comedy movies.</p>
<h3 data-path-to-node="5"><strong data-path-to-node="5" data-index-in-node="0">The Centria Difference: "Double 24/7" Support</strong></h3>

<li data-path-to-node="7,1,0"><strong data-path-to-node="7,1,0" data-index-in-node="0">Teamwork:</strong> You’ll have a partner to assist with transfers, ADLs, and ensuring the highest level of safety and fall prevention.</li>
<li data-path-to-node="7,2,0"><strong data-path-to-node="7,2,0" data-index-in-node="0">Family Involvement:</strong> Her family is wonderful, highly involved, and supportive of the care team.</li>

<h3 data-path-to-node="9"><strong data-path-to-node="9" data-index-in-node="0">Key Responsibilities</strong></h3>
<ul>
<li data-path-to-node="10,0,0"><strong data-path-to-node="10,0,0" data-index-in-node="0">Tracheostomy Care:</strong> Frequent suctioning and scheduled trach changes.</li>
<li data-path-to-node="10,1,0"><strong data-path-to-node="10,1,0" data-index-in-node="0">Respiratory Support:</strong> Utilization of a cough assist machine.</li>
<li data-path-to-node="10,2,0"><strong data-path-to-node="10,2,0" data-index-in-node="0">ADLs & Safety:</strong> Assisting with basic daily living activities and maintaining strict fall prevention protocols.</li>
<li data-path-to-node="10,3,0"><strong data-path-to-node="10,3,0" data-index-in-node="0">Supervision:</strong> Providing consistent monitoring in a clean, pet-free home.</li>
</ul>
<h3 data-path-to-node="11"><strong data-path-to-node="11" data-index-in-node="0">Schedule & Requirements</strong></h3>

<li data-path-to-node="12,0,0"><strong data-path-to-node="12,0,0" data-index-in-node="0">Shift:</strong> 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Day Shift) 6:00PM-6:00AM (Night Shift)</li>
<li data-path-to-node="12,1,0"><strong data-path-to-node="12,1,0" data-index-in-node="0">Flexibility:</strong> We offer flexible days to fit your lifestyle.</li>
<li data-path-to-node="12,2,0"><strong data-path-to-node="12,2,0" data-index-in-node="0">Credentials:</strong> Must hold a valid Michigan RN or LPN license.</li>
<li data-path-to-node="12,3,0"><strong data-path-to-node="12,3,0" data-index-in-node="0">Vibe Check:</strong> A positive attitude and a love for gospel music or a good action flick is a huge plus!</li>
