<h2><strong>Private Duty Nurse (RN/LPN) – 1:1 Home Care</strong></h2>
<p data-path-to-node="2">Centria Healthcare is seeking a dedicated <strong data-path-to-node="2" data-index-in-node="42">RN or LPN</strong> to join a collaborative care team for an adult client in <strong>Clio</strong>. This isn’t just a nursing shift; it’s an opportunity to work within a beautiful home with a very kind, welcoming family who truly values their care team. To ensure the highest level of safety and support, this case also features a Home Health Aide (HHA) on-site to assist you with daily tasks.</p>

<h3 data-path-to-node="4"><strong data-path-to-node="4" data-index-in-node="0">The Case: Sophisticated Care in a Premier Setting</strong></h3>
<p data-path-to-node="5">You will be caring for an adult client with quadriplegia who requires a clinical expert with a gentle, patient touch.</p>

<li data-path-to-node="6,0,0"><strong data-path-to-node="6,0,0" data-index-in-node="0">A Collaborative Environment:</strong> Work alongside a kind family and a dedicated <strong data-path-to-node="6,0,0" data-index-in-node="74">Home Health Aide</strong> who provides additional support for the client's needs.</li>
<li data-path-to-node="6,1,0"><strong data-path-to-node="6,1,0" data-index-in-node="0">Advanced Technology:</strong> Utilize a state-of-the-art <strong data-path-to-node="6,1,0" data-index-in-node="48">ceiling-track lift system</strong> for seamless transfers between the home gym, bedroom, and bathroom.</li>
<li data-path-to-node="6,2,0"><strong data-path-to-node="6,2,0" data-index-in-node="0">Specialized Clinical Focus:</strong> Manage wound care, a specific bowel program, and catheter care.</li>
<li data-path-to-node="6,3,0"><strong data-path-to-node="6,3,0" data-index-in-node="0">Cognitive & Sensory Support:</strong> Provide vital support for the client’s short-term memory loss and hearing impairment. This requires a nurse who is exceptionally patient, calm, and professional.</li>
<li data-path-to-node="6,4,0"><strong data-path-to-node="6,4,0" data-index-in-node="0">Safety-First Approach:</strong> Because the client is at a high risk for falls, we need a "quietly vigilant" nurse—one who stays alert and attentive to safety without "hovering" or encroaching on the client's independence.</li>
<li data-path-to-node="6,5,0"><strong data-path-to-node="6,5,0" data-index-in-node="0">Community Access:</strong> Accompany the client to appointments by driving the family vehicle.</li>
<li data-path-to-node="6,6,0"><strong data-path-to-node="6,6,0" data-index-in-node="0">Pet-Friendly Home:</strong> Must be comfortable with <strong data-path-to-node="6,6,0" data-index-in-node="44">two large, friendly dogs</strong> who are part of the family.</li>

<li data-path-to-node="9,0,0">Provide skilled nursing care (trach/vent care, medication administration, catheter care).</li>
<li data-path-to-node="9,1,0">Monitor and document vital signs and patient condition.</li>
<li data-path-to-node="9,2,0">Coordinate with the HHA and family to assist with ADLs, including dressing and meal prep.</li>
<li data-path-to-node="9,3,0">Maintain a safe, high-quality, patient-centered environment.</li>

<li data-path-to-node="16,3,0">Home care experience is a plus, but not required.</li>
