URGENT: Home Health Nurse- LPN/ RN

The patient is a beloved matriarch of a large, supportive family and requires a dedicated nurse to manage multi-system health challenges. This is a highly desirable case with an incredibly supportive, close-knit family in a beautiful, smoke-free, pet-free home. &nbsp;This family has been together for 68 years, has 11 children (plus 2 adopted), and provides exceptional support t<span class="gmail_default">​</span>o the nurses in their home.
