About the Role
<p>We’re looking for an E2E Logistics & Safety Coordinator who will play a pivotal role in ensuring smooth, compliant, and efficient material flow across our operations. This role will be responsible for end-to-end logistics, inventory control, and safety compliance, particularly for sensitive and regulated components such as LiPo batteries and ESD-sensitive electronics.</p>
<p>You’ll collaborate closely with operations, manufacturing, quality, and external logistics partners, while owning the integrity, speed, and safety of inbound and outbound flows.</p>
<p><strong>Responsibilities and Duties</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Operate in a fast-paced, high-reliability environment, ensuring seamless material flow across the supply chain</li>
<li>Own end-to-end stock management, including inventory accuracy, traceability, and cycle counting</li>
<li>Manage ERP systems with serial tracking, ensuring full traceability of components and finished goods</li>
<li>Execute incoming quality control (IQC) with a focus on rapid inspection of PCBs and critical components</li>
<li>Optimize IQC speed and efficiency, reducing bottlenecks in incoming material processing</li>
<li>Oversee LiPo battery handling and logistics flows, ensuring full compliance with IATA/ADR regulations</li>
<li>Coordinate inbound and outbound logistics, including shipping, receiving, and carrier management</li>
<li>Ensure proper ESD-safe handling and storage across all relevant materials and workflows</li>
<li>Maintain and enforce safety and compliance standards, including dangerous goods handling and documentation</li>
<li>Collaborate with manufacturing and production teams to ensure just-in-time material availability</li>
<li>Work with external logistics providers and freight partners to optimize cost, speed, and reliability</li>
<li>Troubleshoot logistics disruptions and inventory discrepancies, ensuring minimal operational impact</li>
<li>Drive continuous improvement in logistics processes, inventory accuracy, and throughput</li>
<li>Leverage knowledge of the Munich logistics network to optimize local operations and partnerships</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Qualifications and Skills</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Proven experience in logistics, warehouse operations, or supply chain coordination</li>
<li>Hands-on experience with inventory management and stock control in production environments</li>
<li>Degree or equivalent experience in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Operations, or a related field</li>
<li>Certified in IATA/ADR Dangerous Goods handling</li>
<li>Strong expertise in ERP systems with serial tracking</li>
<li>Experience with ERP/WMS systems, inventory tracking tools, and logistics platforms</li>
<li>Familiarity with ESD-safe handling standards and compliance systems</li>
<li>Strong organizational skills in stock management, logistics coordination, and process execution</li>
<li>Ability to operate with high accuracy and attention to detail in fast-moving environments</li>
<li>Strong understanding of the Munich logistics network</li>
<li>Ability to manage regulated materials (e.g., LiPo batteries) safely and compliantly </li>
<li>EU Citizenship required</li>
