This is a unique, dual-focus leadership role where you will split your time between <strong data-path-to-node="6" data-index-in-node="184">shaping our nursing workforce</strong> through education and <strong data-path-to-node="6" data-index-in-node="236">providing clinical oversight</strong> in the field.</p> <h3 data-path-to-node="7"><strong data-path-to-node="7" data-index-in-node="0">The Best of Both Worlds:</strong></h3> <ul data-path-to-node="8"> <li> <p data-path-to-node="8,0,0"><strong data-path-to-node="8,0,0" data-index-in-node="0">Education &amp; Strategy:</strong> Design curriculum and lead Trach/Vent certifications for ~15 nurses monthly. You’ll also analyze data to help us build the best nurse retention strategies in Michigan.</p> </li> <li> <p data-path-to-node="8,1,0"><strong data-path-to-node="8,1,0" data-index-in-node="0">Field Leadership (The Travel Aspect):</strong> You’ll head out into the community to manage a caseload of ~10 in-home supervisory visits per week. This role requires travel within the region, offering a change of scenery and the chance to see the direct impact of your leadership on patient care in their own homes.</p> </li> </ul> <h3 data-path-to-node="9"><strong data-path-to-node="9" data-index-in-node="0">What We’re Looking For:</strong></h3> <ul data-path-to-node="10"> <li> <p data-path-to-node="10,0,0"><strong data-path-to-node="10,0,0" data-index-in-node="0">The Essentials:</strong> Current, unrestricted <strong data-path-to-node="10,0,0" data-index-in-node="38">RN License</strong> in Michigan and a <strong data-path-to-node="10,0,0" data-index-in-node="67">BSN</strong>.&nbsp;</p> </li> <li> <p data-path-to-node="10,1,0"><strong data-path-to-node="10,1,0" data-index-in-node="0">Clinical Versatility:</strong> 3+ years of experience across <strong data-path-to-node="10,1,0" data-index-in-node="52">multiple settings</strong>. We need someone who can "speak the language" of different clinical environments.</p> </li> <li> <p data-path-to-node="10,2,0"><strong data-path-to-node="10,2,0" data-index-in-node="0">The Educator Heart:</strong> You must have experience in a <strong data-path-to-node="10,2,0" data-index-in-node="50">teaching or clinical instructor role</strong>.
