About the Role
About the role: Justteachers are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic 1:1 Teaching Assistant to join a vibrant team at a Bradford Primary school to start in September 2026. This role is five days per week working 8.30am – 3.30pm and will run on a long-term basis. The successful candidate will be working at an one form entry school that is inclusive and welcoming to all. Key Responsibilities: Support a year 3 pupil with an EHCP for SEMH Assist with planning and delivering targeted interventions Provide one-to-one support for pupils with additional needs Build a trusted and positive relationship with the pupil Pre-requisites: Experience working with EHCPs A calm, patient, and proactive approach Strong communication and teamwork skills A genuine passion for education and child development Two school-based references
