<p>We’re supporting a large-scale pay transparency and compensation transformation programme within a complex enterprise environment and are looking for a senior Oracle HCM specialist with deep expertise in Oracle Compensation.</p>
<p>This is a delivery-focused role where you’ll take ownership of configuration, implementation, and handover within a critical HR transformation initiative.</p>
<p>What you’ll be doing</p>
<ul>
<li>Leading the implementation and configuration of Oracle HCM Compensation</li>
<li>Setting up workforce compensation models aligned to business requirements</li>
<li>Preparing and executing data migration and loading activities</li>
<li>Supporting UAT, troubleshooting issues, and stabilising the solution</li>
<li>Advising on best-practice configuration while avoiding unnecessary customisation</li>
<li>Producing clear documentation and handing over to internal teams</li>
</ul>
<p>What we’re looking for</p>
<ul>
<li>Senior-level Oracle HCM specialist with strong focus on Compensation</li>
<li>6+ years’ experience across Oracle HCM Core & Compensation</li>
<li>At least 2 end-to-end Oracle Compensation implementations completed</li>
<li>Experience in European enterprise environments strongly preferred</li>
<li>Comfortable working independently and guiding stakeholders on solution design</li>
</ul>
