We’re looking for a Financial Accountant to join our growing finance team in Mississauga. Reporting to the Controller, you’ll play a key role in ensuring the integrity of our financial data while partnering across the business to deliver meaningful insights and drive informed decision‑making.

As a Financial Accountant, you’ll take ownership of key financial processes and act as a trusted partner across multiple functions:

  • Lead the month‑end close process, including preparing and posting journal entries
  • Ensure accuracy of the general ledger, investigating and resolving discrepancies
  • Perform and review balance sheet reconciliations, identifying root causes of variances
  • Oversee core accounting activities, including accruals, costing, allocations, and account analysis
  • Prepare weekly reporting such as Revenue Tracker, Sales & Order Book, Cash Flow, and bank reconciliations
  • Manage costing and manufacturing postings within ERP and maintain WIP schedules
  • Track project costs and revenue, supporting budgeting, forecasting, and margin analysis
  • Collaborate cross‑functionally with sales, operations, and project teams on project closures and inventory adjustments
  • Support Accounts Payable and Treasury functions, including wire transfers and bank activities
  • Assist with forecasting, budgeting, and financial analysis alongside the Controller
  • Strengthen internal controls and recommend process improvements
  • Contribute to ERP enhancements, upgrades, and testing initiatives
  • Support year‑end activities and inventory counts
  • CPA designation (or will obtain in the next 6 months)
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in an accounting role
  • Strong technical accounting knowledge with the ability to translate data into insights
  • High attention to detail and strong analytical skills
  • Advanced Excel skills and solid experience with ERP systems
  • A proactive, collaborative mindset with strong communication skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment and meet tight deadlines

Nice to have:

  • Exposure to treasury functions or foreign exchange contracts
  • Be part of a globally respected, innovative company
  • Work in a collaborative and supportive culture
  • Gain exposure across finance, operations, and project teams
  • Grow your career in a business that values continuous improvement and development

If you’re a detail‑driven finance professional who thrives on ownership, collaboration, and making an impact—we’d love to hear from you.
