<p><strong>ABOUT US</strong></p> <p>Indie Campers is a global leader in road trip travel, offering thousands of customers the freedom to explore the world in fully equipped campervans and RVs.<br>As we expand our product offerings, we rely on exceptional frontline professionals who deliver memorable customer experiences while also driving commercial results.</p> <p>The Rental Service Agent is a dual-focused role:</p> <ul> <li>Customer Experience Champion for rentals</li> <li>Sales Specialist for RV purchase demos and conversions</li> </ul> <p>This position is crucial to ensuring customers leave satisfied, whether they are beginning a rental journey or purchasing their future RV.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>THE ROLE</strong></p> <p>The Rental Service Agent executes all customer-facing rental operations and performs professional RV sales demonstrations to convert leads into buyers. This is a hands-on, customer-centric role combining service, product presentation, operational execution, and follow-up sales management.&nbsp;Across rentals and sales, this role ensures every vehicle, every interaction, and every customer moment reflects Indie Campers’ high standards.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p data-start="133" data-end="309"><strong>WHAT WILL YOU WORK ON?</strong></p> <ul> <li><strong>Customer Service &amp; Operations</strong>: Conduct check-ins/check-outs, briefings, and provide ongoing rental support. Handle service recovery and emergencies with empathy.</li> <li><strong>Sales Demonstrations &amp; Customer Engagement</strong>: Prepare and perform RV demos, showcasing features, specs, and customer-specific needs. Ensure smooth handovers and all documentation is in order.</li> <li><strong>Sales Conversion &amp; Lead Management</strong>: Track leads, demos, and follow-ups in CRM. Convert rental customers into sales opportunities, and support the RV Sales District and City Lead to meet targets.</li> <li><strong>Product Knowledge &amp; Technical Support</strong>: Maintain knowledge of Indie Campers RV models and perform basic system demos (lighting, gas, etc.).
