About the Role
<strong>Team Leader – Temporary (2–3 Months, Potential to Extend)</strong><br><br>We are currently recruiting for a <strong>Team Leader</strong> on behalf of our client. This is initially a <strong>2–3 month temporary position</strong>, with the possibility of being extended for the right candidate.<br><br><strong>Pay Rate:</strong><br><br><ul><li>£14.72 per hour<br><br></li></ul><strong>Working Hours:</strong><br><br><ul><li>Shifts will vary between:<br><br><ul><li>6:00am – 2:00pm<br><br></li><ul><li>7:30am – 4:00pm<br><br></li></ul></ul></li><ul><li>Candidates must be flexible, as shift times will change between these two patterns.<br><br></li></ul></ul><strong>The Role:</strong><br><br><ul><li>Leading and supporting the production team<br><br></li><ul><li>Ensuring daily production targets are met<br><br></li><li>Booking customer orders using a computer system<br><br></li><li>Maintaining high standards of quality and productivity<br><br></li><li>Supporting the smooth running of the production department<br><br></li></ul></ul><strong>What We're Looking For:</strong><br><br><ul><li>Previous <strong>production experience</strong> is essential<br><br></li><ul><li>Team leader or supervisory experience is desirable<br><br></li><li>Good computer skills and confidence using booking/order systems<br><br></li><li>A reliable, flexible, and proactive approach to work<br><br></li><li>Strong communication and organisational skills<br><br></li></ul></ul><strong>Recruitment Process:</strong><br>Our client would like to review CVs first and will then invite a shortlist of candidates for an informal meeting before making a decision.<br><br>If you're an experienced production professional looking for your next opportunity, we'd love to hear from you.
