Support &amp; Cleaning are essential to ensuring every van is spotless, safe, and ready for the next customer, directly influencing customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.<br><br></p> <p><strong>THE ROLE</strong></p> <p>The Support &amp; Cleaning Agent focuses exclusively on maintaining the cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation of the rental fleet.&nbsp;This is a hands-on, physical, detail-oriented operational role responsible for:</p> <ul> <li>Cleaning vehicle interiors and exteriors</li> <li>Preparing vans with kits and essentials</li> <li>Inspecting vehicles post-return</li> <li>Managing cleaning supplies and consumables</li> <li>Supporting depot organisation and logistics<br><br></li> </ul> <p data-start="133" data-end="309"><strong>WHAT WILL YOU WORK ON?</strong></p> <ul> <li data-start="2" data-end="136"><strong>Fleet Cleaning: </strong>clean and maintain vehicle interiors and exteriors to meet hygiene and appearance standards, ensuring consistent high-quality results.</li> <li data-start="2" data-end="136"><strong>Vehicle Preparation: </strong>prepare campervans with required kits, bedding, and optional extras, ensuring readiness for bookings and check-in/check-out processes.</li> <li data-start="2" data-end="136"><strong>Post-Return Inspection &amp; Reporting: </strong>inspect vehicles upon return for cleanliness, missing items, or damage, and report issues for follow-up.</li> <li data-start="2" data-end="136"><strong>Stock &amp; Consumables Management: </strong>manage stock and consumables, including receiving, storing, and organizing supplies while reporting shortages or damages.</li> <li data-start="2" data-end="136"><strong>Logistics &amp; Depot Organisation: </strong>assist with depot logistics, keeping cleaning areas organized, moving vehicles, and supporting operational needs during peak times.<br><br></li> </ul> <p><strong>WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?</strong></p> <ul> <li><strong>Must have</strong>: Experience in cleaning <strong>Nice to have: </strong>hospitality, warehouse, housekeeping, or operations preferred.</li> <li><strong>Must have: </strong>Strong attention to detail and commitment to hygiene standards.</li> <li><strong>Must have</strong>: Physically fit and able to perform manual tasks (cleaning, lifting, moving equipment).</li> <li><strong>Must have:</strong> Reliable, punctual, and able to work in high-paced environments.</li> <li><strong>Must have:</strong> Driving License (Category B).</li> <li><strong>Must have: </strong>English and <strong>Nice to have</strong>: local language proficiency (if applicable)<br><br></li> </ul> <p><strong>PHYSICAL AND OPERATIONAL REQUIREMENTS</strong></p> <ul> <li><strong>Must have</strong>: Able to perform physically active cleaning tasks for most of the shift, including standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stretching, and repetitive motion.</li> <li><strong>Must have:&nbsp;</strong>Comfortable working inside vehicles (tight spaces, elevated surfaces), and outdoors around the fleet.</li> <li><strong>Must have: </strong>Able to lift, move, or carry cleaning equipment, vacuum devices, water hoses, chemical products, or kits (up to 15 kg).</li> <li><strong>Must have: </strong>Comfortable using cleaning products and chemicals safely, including disinfectants, detergents, stain removers, glass cleaners, and surface treatments (training provided).</li> <li><strong>Must have: </strong>Must follow the safety company guidelines when handling chemical products</li> <li><strong>Must have: </strong>Comfortable working in varying temperatures and weather conditions when washing or preparing vehicles outdoors.</li> <li><strong>Must have: </strong>Able to maintain cleaning quality and speed during high-volume operations and peak season.</li> <li><strong>Must have: </strong>Flexible to work weekends, holidays, and peak seasonal schedules.</li> <li><strong>Must have: </strong>Capable of adapting to last-minute operational needs (e.g., urgent turnarounds or additional cleaning tasks).</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>THE INDIE COMMITMENT!</strong></p> <ul> <li>Competitive compensation and travel benefits.</li> <li>Clear progression to RoadTrip Agent or other operational roles.</li> <li>Training in cleaning standards, detail verification, minor repairs, and operational excellence.</li> <li>A multicultural, dynamic workplace with a strong team spirit.</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong><em>Are you Ready to Go Indie?</em></strong></p>
