Working Student, Supply Chain

<p>We are looking for a motivated and hands-on Working Student (m/f/d) to join our growing Operations team. In this role, you will gain valuable practical experience by supporting our day-to-day supply chain activities across procurement, logistics, and fulfillment. You will assist in coordinating cross-functional workflows, tracking key performance indicators, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.</p> <p>This position is ideal for a student who is eager to apply theoretical knowledge in a dynamic environment, enjoys taking ownership of tasks, and wants to learn how supply chains operate in practice.</p> <p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p> <ul> <li>Assist in planning, controlling, and optimizing supply chain processes (procurement, logistics, scheduling, order management)</li> <li>Coordinate cross-functional communication between purchasing, production, logistics, and sales</li> <li>Contribute to the improvement and development of internal supply chain processes and tools</li> <li>Prepare and analyze reports and KPIs (e.g., delivery performance, inventory levels)</li> <li>Actively support daily operations and cross-functional projects</li> <li>Help manage escalations and supply disruptions with a solution-oriented approach</li> </ul> <p><strong>Qualifications and Skills</strong></p> <ul> <li>Currently enrolled in a business-related degree program (e.g., Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or similar)</li> <li>Ideally first practical experience through internships or part-time roles in supply chain, logistics, procurement, or customer service</li> <li>Strong hands-on mentality – willing to support operational tasks as needed</li> <li>High level of flexibility, motivation, and reliability</li> <li>Confident use of Google Workspace (G Suite)</li> <li>Experience with ERP systems, ideally NetSuite</li> <li>Excel skills and quick understanding of digital tools</li> <li>Fluency in German and English (spoken and written) is required</li> <li>Team player with a structured and proactive working style and strong communication skills</li> <li>EU Citizenship required</li> </ul> <p><strong>Benefits</strong></p> <ul> <li>Competitive pay</li> <li>Flexible working hours</li> <li>Generous holiday allowance</li> <li>Learning and development opportunities</li> <li>Valuable hands-on experience alongside your studies</li> </ul> <p><strong>About Auterion</strong></p> <p>We are building the leading software platform for AI-powered autonomous systems for enterprise and government customers.
