About the role:
Justteachers is recruiting a caring and dedicated Primary SEND Teacher to join a specialist school in Lancaster. This is a long‑term role starting ASAP, with the school willing to wait for a September start.
Key Responsibilities (not exhaustive):
<ul>
<li>Planning and delivering SEND‑focused primary lessons</li>
<li>Supporting pupils with a range of additional needs</li>
<li>Creating a structured and engaging learning environment</li>
<li>Monitoring progress and supporting EHCP outcomes</li>
</ul>
 Pre-requisites:
<ul>
<li>QTS or equivalent</li>
<li>Experience in SEND or primary teaching</li>
<li>A nurturing and flexible approach</li>
<li>Strong classroom management skills</li>
</ul>
