Financial Analyst (FP&A) – Hybrid | Washington, DC (Dupont Circle) A privately owned, fast‑growing AI and data analytics organization—serving healthcare, pharma/clinical trials, government, and academic clients—is seeking a Financial Analyst (FP&A) to support continued expansion. The company is scaling quickly (currently ~$10M, projected ~$15M by year‑end) and is adding staff to strengthen its finance function. About the Role The Financial Analyst will serve as the bridge between an overseas outsourced accounting team and the local CFO, supporting financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, reporting, and process improvement initiatives.
