We are looking for a driven, detail-oriented Assistant Project Manager (APM) to support the successful delivery of commercial stair systems, railings, structural steel, and architectural metal projects throughout the Mid-Atlantic region. If you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, coordinating multiple moving parts, and learning from experienced industry leaders, we'd love to hear from you.

โœ… Assist with OSHA-compliant safety initiatives and documentation
โœ… Participate in quality control inspections and corrective action tracking
โœ… Support client communications, progress meetings, and project updates
โœ… Track contract requirements and assist with change order management
โœ… Compile project reports, photos, and field documentation
What We're Looking For
โœ” Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field (preferred)
